At the moment, Kiyoshi does almost look nothing like Gon. There are nearly no canine features or fluffy details, and his eyes are normal brown instead of slitted yellow.
Changes that have been bought back and are listed on the regain page will be listed here as they come. But at the moment, his appearance doesn't entirely match up with the appearance in his icons.
His ears have gone slightly animalistic. They are nothing like the normal kind of animal-person's fluffy ears. They are in the same location as they always were, but they are elongated, and they are fuzzy. Not entirely furry, but the edges has some fluff. The general shape of the shell has also changed somewhat, they dip inwards in two places.
His face has changed, putting an archaic smile on it; his upper lip is sort-of-but-not-really split just a bit; his eyes are nearly permanently closed. He also has marks on his forehead.
All teeth has been replaced, going from human teeth to fox teeth. Some of them show very clearly when he opens his mouth.
His eyes have changed to a golden yellow color, and his pupils are slitted.
His fingers have grown fuzz, both on the tips, and on the knuckles and all other places where the fingers bend.
He also has claws, they're sharp and pointy.
One thing of note is that he has a tattoo. It's an irezumi located on his back and partially on his side. The motif is a geisha, who is cradling the skull of her dead lover close to her cheek, with the rest of the body, that's only bones, stretched out in front of her and in her lap. She is surrounded by sakura. It's not entirely colored in, the most part of the skeleton that stretches toward Kiyoshi's hip is lacking color. It was never finished but the beautiful art, the vibrant colors, and the incomplete illustration gives the tattoo a sort of fleeting feeling.
Unless he is at work at Chabana, he wears modern clothes. At Chabana the clothes are traditionally Japanese.
